Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to make an impact beyond the typical day-to-day tasks? We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Manager to manage our HR processes and actively contribute to our mission-driven organization.

As an HR Manager, you will:

Manage key HR activities such as employee changes, hires, terminations, and promotions through Paycom.
Oversee onboarding and benefits administration.
Work closely with the VP of HR and participate in strategic initiatives like employee engagement.
Play a pivotal role in special projects that help advance HR practices and enhance our organizational culture.

The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of experience in HR processes
Familiarity with Paycom or a similar HRIS system
A balance of technical HR expertise and strategic thinking, with a desire to contribute to long-term organizational goals.

Salary: $50k-$55k

Location: Onsite, Louisville, KY
