About the Role:

The Account Manager has the responsibility of developing and managing and relationships and metrics with key customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential customers
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs.
Identify market trends & shifts, providing insights and recommendations to the customer and internal teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and engineering to ensure customer needs are met
Manage key accounts' metrics and objectives for success
Inform customers of product line, capabilities, and value proposition
Source new sales opportunities through customer needs
Relay voice of customer to other appropriate parties internally
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Provide quotes to customers for requested product

Qualifications:

Account management and business development experience

Experience in the material handling industry

Strong communication and presentation skills

Negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
