Johnson Oral Facial Surgery is a full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Office and Surgical Facility. We are located in Park Cities (Lovers Ln and Preston Rd) and focus to provide the best care and service possible. We are an independent physician owned practice that cares about our patients and staff! We are looking for an Office Manager with EXPERIENCE in healthcare and management to lead our team. Our team is comprised of ten individuals that are energetic, professional, and like family. We are looking for long term employment with growth opportunities. About our practice: Dr. Johnson is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and has been practicing for over 10 years in private practice. Johnson Oral Facial Surgery was established in 2021. Most of our procedures are performed in our surgical suites. More extensive cases are scheduled at Baylor University Medical Center. Dr. Robinson is our anesthesiologist and Aesthetic Medicine Physician. Common procedures include: wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, facial bone grafting and reconstruction, facial trauma, pathology, orthognathic surgery (corrective jaw surgery), facial cosmetics. In addition to our surgical procedures, we also provide many services such as: botox, dysport, Moxi laser, Genius RF, fillers, etc.

Expectations and Job role include:

Managing our team with: Leading our team of 2 Physicians and staff, onboarding of new staff, HR, payroll assistance, and task delegation.

Managing our patients by: Answering phones, scheduling, providing direction and assistance to front desk team, providing accurate and up to date accounts receivables on patient accounts, verify insurance, able to calculate and prepare treatment plans, administer patient refund insurance checks (manage EOB's).

Managing our office by: Paying bills, daily deposits, network and communicate with referrals, management of tertiary services and employees, execute marketing goals, communicate with accounting services. Manage digital, direct referral, and local marketing.

Looking for someone that is proactive and with a personality/ability to represent our office well!! Hours are 7:30-5 M-F, working 4.5 days a week. 2 weeks vacation first year. Health insurance provided, future 401k benefits.
