Job Title: Administrative & Shipping Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Fountain Valley (near Mile Square Park)

Salary: $18 - $22/hour (or $22 - $25/hour with Notary License)

Job Overview:

Join a dynamic environment in a growing shipping and mailbox service center. We’re looking for an organized and customer-focused individual to help with package management, mailbox rentals, and notary services. You’ll also assist with shipping via FedEx, USPS, and DHL, keeping logs, and general clerical duties. No prior experience required, but shipping or notary experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer shipments and manage mailboxes
Maintain accurate logs and records
Provide temporary phone and administrative support
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Opportunity for growth with notary certification

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Strong organizational skills and customer service focus
Knowledge of shipping software is a plus (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
Must be detail-oriented and a team player
