Job Summary:

The Operations Associate will play a critical role in assisting the financial and marketing operations of our insurance agency. This position involves overseeing various functions, including Client database management, financial reporting, and commission reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, and strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Account Reconciliation :

- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare and process payments, including checks and electronic transfers.

- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

2. Client Database Management:

-Process incoming client database entries

-prepare reports for client activities

-Coordinate outgoing client database automated marketing data

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong understanding of computer database maintenance

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
