QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of residential maintenance & repair: Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Carpentry, Electrical, Appliance Repair
Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on our properties, ensuring everything is in top condition.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the property management team to identify and address potential issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a working smart phone
Must pass a criminal background check
Must own set of hand tools
Must be able to work on-call weekend rotation
