Job Title: Venture Operations Coordinator (Part-Time/Hourly)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Muddy Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Venture Operations Coordinator to support the operational and administrative functions of both Muddy Group and its portfolio brands within the Brand Incubator Division.

This part-time/hourly role will work closely with the internal Muddy Group team, C-Suite executives, and portfolio brand teams to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders. The candidate and role has a potential to turn into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive operational assistance to both Muddy Group and portfolio brands, ensuring smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Act as the main point of contact between Muddy Group and portfolio brand teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the C-Suite team, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with key initiatives.
Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Muddy Group and portfolio brands, ensuring accountability and progress across teams.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and portfolio brands to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on key priorities and activities.
Collect and organize data across ventures to assist with performance tracking, and prepare reports for Muddy Group’s leadership and portfolio brand management.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions involving Muddy Group and portfolio brands
Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as meeting coordination, document management, and maintaining key records across ventures.
Assist in managing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring financial reports are prepared on time for both Muddy Group and its portfolio brands.
Provide general support across Muddy Group initiatives, including preparing presentations, assisting with recruiting, and managing special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience working in a venture studio, startup, or multi-brand environment is preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with project management and communication tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience coordinating across multiple teams, including C-Suite executives and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred but not required.

Compensation:

This is a part-time, hourly position. The compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

The Venture Operations Coordinator will work directly with and report to the CEO.
