Our client, an industry leader in metal finishing solutions, is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to oversee operations in their state-of-the-art facility. What You Will Be Doing:

Leading and supervising the Water Treatment Department, including scheduling, chemical inventory, and compliance.
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and water treatment strategies.
Managing, training, and evaluating a team of eight wastewater operators.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety and water quality regulations.
Supporting quality initiatives such as Corrective Action, 5S, and ISO registration.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in a wastewater treatment facility.
Class K Water Treatment Certification (or willingness to obtain with company support).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong problem-solving skills.
Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and organizational skills.
