Stepping Forward Counseling Center is on the lookout for a dedicated licensed clinician to join our collaborative team. If you hold an ASW, MFT, LPC, or a Clinical psychologist, LCSW, LMFT and have a passion for working with children, we want to hear from you!

At SFCC, we are leaders in providing comprehensive mental health services, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Care Programs (PCP) for children and young adults aged 4 to 21 and their families. With over 20 years of experience, we are distinguished by our holistic treatment approach and a variety of evidence-based strategies that create individualized programs aimed at enhancing the wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Our expertise includes treating conditions such as ADHD/ADD, OCD, conduct disorder, ODD, bipolar disorders, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans.

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy.

- Implement and enhance our Children's IOP/PCP Programs alongside our existing offerings.

- Develop and lead parent training initiatives.

- A background in sports or athletics is a plus!

- Enjoy outdoor activities and have a flexible schedule.

We are searching for a dynamic, high-energy individual who thrives on critical thinking, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and is eager to expand our business capabilities. Excellent organizational and management skills are essential for this role. If you are a board-approved supervisor, that’s an added bonus!
