Responsibilities

Communications

Create worship materials and other congregational communications
Maintain Wordpress blog

Operations

General administrative tasks including meeting coordination, record keeping, mailings, and supplies
Manage database, mailing list and electronic filing system
Support bookkeeper with administrative tasks

Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma with at least two years’ experience in admin/secretarial role required. College degree preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Publisher), Zoom, Constant Contact (or similar e-mail/newsletter app). Ability to learn PowerChurch database software, WordPress editing, and phone system.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and manage stairs.
