Artaev at Law PLLC is an elite, fast-growing law firm that is seeking a full-time associate attorney to work directly with the managing partner and grow the practice to its full potential at our Novi, MI office.

Our focus is on technology and internet-focused startups looking to do business throughout the United States. We consult clients across the country and the world. We are particularly focused on the evolving internet gaming industry, including regulated and unregulated offerings in skill-based, fantasy sports, and other types of gaming. In addition, we serve as outside general counsel to several established businesses in the high-tech sector, providing traditional corporate law support in compliance, contracts, corporate law, and financing. Recently, Artaev at Law has also developed a reputation in the transportation industry, focusing on practical, cost-effective real-world solutions for small to mid-size carriers.

Job role and responsibilities:

- Legal research and memorandum drafting on various developing and unsettled legal topics, including international law.

- Litigation management in our role as outside general counsel.

- Direct client interaction, communication, management.

- Drafting various corporate and transactional documents in support of early stage startup formation and financing.

Qualifications:

JD and State of Michigan bar membership
At least 5 years of law firm experience actively practicing law.
Experience with both litigation and transactional work preferred.
