Job responsibilities:

-Responsible for the planning of data platform, including platform technology selection, monitoring operation and maintenance system construction and other architecture work;

- Responsible for data platform maintenance, including troubleshooting, cluster capacity management, component upgrade and other daily work;

- Continuously optimize the stability, performance and ease of use of various data tools to help business colleagues solve usage problems.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science related;

- 5 years or above big data platform construction management experience, including more than 1 year quantitative industry data platform construction related work experience;

- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work, good logical thinking ability, strong communication and coordination ability;

- Familiar with large data underlying architecture and technology principle of ecological related tools, such as ClickHouse/Minio/Spark/Airflow, etc.;

- Practical construction and maintenance experience of ClickHouse cluster.

Bonus:

- Operation and maintenance experience of Minio is preferred, practical application experience of Spark on K8s is preferred;

- Performance tuning experience with Pytorch and Tensenflow is preferred;

- Familiar with programming languages such as Python/Bash, have certain programming ability, and can implement relevant functions combined with platform construction and development;

- Familiar with commonly used relational databases, able to deal with daily use and performance issues, such as MySql, SQL Server;

- Proficient in Linux operating system, familiar with the location of common performance problems;

- Familiar with Kubernetes and Docker, understand their related principles.
