You will have the choice of working out of our San Francisco or Los Angeles offices, with the option of a flexible hybrid or fully remote work model, and have opportunities to work in multiple areas of the law that interest you.

About the Position

Manage all aspects of pre-trial and trial proceedings within the firm.
Monitor case progress by maintaining a weekly personal calendar and facilitating regular communication with case managers, paralegals, and Associate Attorneys.
Actively participate in weekly round table and calendar meetings.
Update docket clerks on any modifications to case calendars via consistent email correspondence.
Demonstrate effective supervision of staff while fostering collaboration with fellow attorneys to successfully fulfill assignments.
Ensure precise adherence to client-specific guidelines for all tasks.
Maintain flexibility and willingness to offer assistance beyond the scope of this job description, as well as perform other duties as directed by the Managing Partner.
Assume a leadership role in critical cases involving key clients.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our preferred candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Active California State law license.
Strong interpersonal skills to tactfully communicate with a diverse array of attorneys, staff members, and clients.
Successful litigation experience, insurance defense is a plus.
