Small waste and recycling company looking for Executive Assistant for President **MUST HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**

Duties:

-Communicate effectively with the President, technicians, and staff members of diverse backgrounds.

- Must have experience using MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Illustrator or Photoshop is a PLUS

-Assist in making social media posts

- Assist in overseeing vehicle maintenance and repair for 5-7 work trucks

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, and evaluations, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.

- Report daily with the business owner for updates

-Assisting in keeping track of pickups and invoices

-Assist in launching new recycling programs for schools and businesses, includes creating campaigns, presentations

-Attend events that include setting up booths and educational materials. Be available to work some weekends for events

Requirements:

- Proven relevant experience with at least 3. 5+ years

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Positive and friendly attitude a must!

-Must be able to meet at the Hialeah location or work from President’s home office (must be comfortable being around pets sometimes)

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

-Must provide 3 Professional references.

-Full-time Starting Pay $40k-$45k

-PTO; medical reimbursement
