StorageBlue is a New Jersey based self-storage company with over 3 millon square feet of self-storage in the New York-New Jersey Metropolitan area.

Looking for a part time Real Estate Fund Manager/CFO for our new 250 million dollar self-storage equity fund to be raised.

**MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE FUND RAISING AND FUND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE**

This is a part-time remote Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Fund Manager role. This executive will be responsible for overseeing designing this new equity raise, its structure and accounting, bank and investor reporting activities of this new fund to be created and provide strategic financial advice to the executive management team. Must help pick the placement agent and be able to pitch.

Qualifications

-Have fund and fund raising experience-

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and risk management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and implement financial plans that support the organization's strategic goals.
Demonstrated expertise in financial regulatory compliance, tax planning, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively with executive management teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience with private equity firms and real estate investments is highly preferred.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is a plus.
