Local long established attorney firm with a practice emphasis on matters of real estate law, tax matters, business law, escrow and estate planning is seeking to hire one (1) career associate attorney. As this is an entry level hire by the firm, we are able at this time to entertain applications from candidates newly licensed without any specific experience in the practice areas specified in this posting. However, candidates with some experience will be given more consideration.

This position, from the standpoint of type of law work involved, will include a variety of both transactional real estate; business client work, as well as light litigation relating to a variety of real estate and business matters. The firm has a separate litigation group emphasizing more complex litigation matters.

We are at the same time seeking to hire one (1) new associate attorney to work in our complex litigation group. Some specific and quantifiable experience in real estate transactions and litigation is advantageous, but not a requirement. Any experience in tax, business and estate planning is certainly a plus as well.

The firm requires strong organizational skills. The attorney must possess superior attention to detail. The firm operates as a team so this skill to work with others is very important.
