What We Are Looking For:

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator who will help us build and grow a variety of social media communities for our clients. If you’re passionate about branded social content and engaging with online communities, this role is for you. In this position, you will help create, publish, and manage content, interact with followers, coordinate influencer and partner activations, and track what’s working (and what’s not).

What You’ll Do:

Plan: Help develop publishing calendars that align with brand strategies and campaigns
Develop: Work with creators to bring engaging content ideas to life
Publish: Ensure all content is posted as approved
Engage: Serve as the voice behind brands in social conversations
Trend Tracking: Keep a pulse on what’s trending and cultural happenings
Report: Assist in evaluating channel and content performance
Collaborate: Coordinate influencer campaigns and brand partnership activations

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Lives for engagement, thinking in captions, Reels, and quick-turn TikToks
Is the go-to friend for explaining the newest trend
Collaborates, but is bold in their ideas
Aims to be a creative thinker, not just a publisher
Has an eye for aesthetics and what fits on each platform
Balances creative flair and analytical skills
Refuses to apologize for their screen time

Working Conditions:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Typically working in an office with occasionally working outdoors on location at client sites.

Travel requirements - In town travel necessary, occasional overnight travel needed.
