Key Responsibilities:

Assist with new hire paperwork and employee onboarding
Process E-verify and I-9 forms, maintaining accurate compliance records
Provide support for workers' compensation claims and benefits administration
Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide top-notch customer service
Order office supplies and ensure the office is organized and well-maintained
Manage email communications and mail (incoming and outgoing)
Utilize G-Suite for document management and other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with G-Suite and office management software
