Junior Sales and Operations Assistant on a Senior Broker’s team – V2 Jets

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales and Operations Assistant at V2 Jets offices located in Boca Raton, Florida. You will work with a senior broker and assist the broker’s sales and operations assistant.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting the broker and the broker’s team in all of the tasks to grow and serve the business, including but not limited to:
Flight Management: Organizing, managing, and overseeing charter bookings from inquiry to completion. Flight watching/overseeing all aspects of the flights.
Decision Making: Make prompt, clear decisions which may involve difficult choices and calculated risks.
Flexibility and Availability: Understanding the fluid, complex, and ever-changing aspects of the industry.
Networking and Researching: Prospecting and building your personal list of clients.

Customer Service: Hospitable spirit, ability to create a tailored and bespoke experience for clients, demonstrate passion and determination to exceed expectations consistently.
Detail oriented with team player mentality
Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Has initiative, resilience, strong work ethic, and adaptability
Desire to immerse self into the role and commit to the demands of the role
Ability to work independently but also enjoy working with people inside and outside of the office
Enjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environment
Strong operational and analytical skills
Critical thinking skills, sense of urgency, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Has previous administrative/hospitality/customer service or aviation experience (recommended but not required)
Responsibilities require a flexible work schedule that will require working outside normal work hours to meet business demands

Compensation

· Base salary $50,000 - $60,000 (more for past experience)
