We are seeking an experienced BI Legal Assistant to join our team in our office located in Orlando, FL.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of two (2) years experience (preferred). Duties will include assisting paralegals and attorneys with the following tasks:

Preparation of correspondence, and initial pleadings
Following up on subpoenaed records
Standard clerical duties
Scheduling Hearings, Mediation, Depositions, etc.,
Organization and preparation of files and binders for same under the supervision of a paralegal and/or an attorney.
E-Filing through the State Portal and/or Federal.
Other duties as assigned.
