The company provides forensic and consulting services for accidents and failures associated with various engineering disciplines, including electrical, chemical, structural, civil, process, and mining engineering. In addition to forensic work for legal and insurance cases, the company also provides practical experience in failure analysis and design for engineering consulting applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for administrative support tasks, including answering and transferring phone calls, reception, providing customer service, organizing and managing files and records, scheduling appointments, expense reports, and invoice management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in Administrative Assistance
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Executive Administrative Assistance is a plus
Familiarity with QuickBooks

Bookkeeping, payroll processing, and/or experience in the engineering industry will also be appreciated. The ideal candidate should also have a positive attitude and be a team player.
