13.5 week program running from February 8 - May 1
Minimum 10 hours/ week (self-decided)
Required virtual weekly meetings
Opportunities for in-person meetings & outreach projects
Internship will be concluded with our annual gala

Our internship program provides students with an opportunity to experience all of the focus areas in which NJCAHT works, including advocacy, legislative initiatives, outreach and speaking engagements/education. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from survivors, collaborate on a range of impactful projects, and gain valuable skills in presenting, lobbying, fundraising, and more.

We’re seeking passionate, creative, self-motivated, and driven individuals from diverse backgrounds to join us in the fight against human trafficking. We believe that academic performance is not a definitive measure of a candidate’s abilities or a predictor of their future success. Every candidate will be interviewed and considered based on their unique strengths and qualities.

This internship will primarily be conducted virtually to ensure accessibility for all applicants. While this is an unpaid position, the knowledge, skills, and connections you will gain are invaluable. Degree credit may be available depending on your institution’s guidelines; we will work with you to help facilitate credit when possible.
