Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing calendars and appointments
Addressing customer service inquiries
Handling bookkeeping tasks
Planning and managing events
Packaging and shipping retail products sold on our website
Screening job applicants
Organizing and maintaining documents
Office management duties
Assisting with marketing tasks
Managing and growing our social media accounts
Occasional travel within the DFW area (up to 20%) and out of state (1-2 times per year)

Preferred Candidates Will Have:

A bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Communication
Previous experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
Event planning and management experience
Human Resources experience
Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
