The Firm

Our client is a global hedge fund with global offices across New York, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Trading Counsel to join a market leading fund, keeping their core expertise but being given the ability to broaden their skill set to become a fully-fledged buy side attorney and in time the skills to become a General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting business lines across FX, Rates, equities, credit, and commodities
Investment Management advice and broader fund management advice
Work closely with the GC & CCO and wider team
General commercial and corporate work as required
General fund formation work as required
