Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at Low Country Case & Millwork in Ladson, SC. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, performing quantity take-offs, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with the project team to ensure accurate bids and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Estimating, Quantity Take-Off, and Cost Estimation skills
Ability to analyze project specifications and requirements
Knowledge of architectural millwork and custom cabinetry industry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in reading construction plans and project drawings
Experience with estimating software/tools. PlanSwift experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
