The employee will be charged with overseeing day-to-day operations of the properties held in portfolio and third-party client’s properties. Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all property repairs and maintenance items with vendors
Manage and coordinate tenant communication and property site visits
Assist and oversee with tenant accounts receivable, annual CAM Reconciliations/Budgets, tenant and vendor insurances, monthly reports, and maintaining records
Assist with on-boarding of newly acquired and developed properties Implement best practices into the V 3 Capital Property Management platform
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have experience working in the real estate, legal, or finance industry – preferably in commercial real estate.
Exceptional organization skills and experience implementing organizational practices.
Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact and communicate professionally with a variety of people including executives, consultants, and clients.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with legal documents, such as leases and contracts.
Yardi Breeze experience a plus.
