Our clients range from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies across the U.S.

We are looking for a Logistics / Operations Manager to join our team and support the General Manager. The ideal candidate will help streamline logistics and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery
Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation vendors to optimize costs and service.
Monitor performance data and transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements
Create contingency plans to address transportation disruptions and minimize risks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in logistics management with a proven track record
Strong knowledge of international transportation (air, ocean, ground)
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Interest in IT industry processes is a plus
Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus
