Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Industrial Corrosion Control, Inc. in Gulfport, MS. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR program creation, implementation and management. From intaking employees to benefit administrative duties. This role will include handling orientation, setting up employees for any training required by our customers as well as verifying identity by the use of background checks, I-9, E-Verify. Experience handling employee insurance programs is a requirement. Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

HR Management and Human Resources (HR) expertise
Knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
Employee health insurance administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience with Microsoft office and HR related computer programs
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the HR field
