We are seeking a full-time, motivated, and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Regional Property Manager with various day-to-day tasks and small projects. The ideal candidate is self-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working independently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting data research and market surveys
Managing filing systems and clerical tasks
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Data entry and processing follow-up emails
Assisting with lease preparation and document management
Supporting with various small projects as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
Previous experience in property management is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills

Position Details:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No on-call, holiday, or after-hours requirements
Competitive compensation based on experience

Drivers license and reliable transportation required.
