Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $40-$50 per video recorded (minimum of 25 videos per month)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging part-time Fitness Trainer to join our team and create dynamic workout videos. In this role, you will be responsible for designing effective, equipment-free workouts that can be performed from home, recording 20- and 40-minute videos at our on-site studio (near Tampa International Airport). These workouts will be accessible for users of all fitness levels, focusing on movement without heavy weights. Your primary goal will be to guide our audience through workouts with energy and professionalism, delivering an interactive experience that promotes health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

Design and Record Workouts: Create unique, easy-to-follow, equipment-free workouts that can be done at home. Record these workouts in 15- or 30-minute formats from our in-office studio.
Engage and Inspire: Lead each workout with enthusiasm, providing encouragement and cues that keep viewers motivated.
Adhere to Monthly Requirements: Record a minimum of 25 workout videos per month, ensuring a variety of exercise routines for a comprehensive program.
Optimize for Health and Wellness Platform: Understand our health and wellness platform's goals to tailor workout content appropriately.

Qualifications:

Experience in Fitness Instruction: Certified trainer with experience designing and leading bodyweight exercises and no-equipment workouts.
Engaging On-Camera Presence: Demonstrated experience in leading workout videos or similar recorded content. Your ability to inspire, guide, and connect with viewers through the screen is essential.
Knowledge of Health and Wellness Trends: Familiarity with the latest in fitness and wellness, especially with home-friendly routines, is preferred.
Proven Record of Professionalism: Ability to meet monthly video targets while maintaining high-quality, safe, and effective workout designs.
Local to Tampa, FL: Candidates must be located in or near Tampa, as the role requires regular visits to our in-office studio.
