The Counseling Center Group (CCG) is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Coordinator to help keep our organization running smoothly and efficiently. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for fielding inquiries and scheduling new patient appointments for the clinicians working at our various practice locations.

This role is well-suited for individuals looking for a position that focuses on helping people. The ideal candidate should work well in a high-pressure environment with a high call volume.

Relevant Experience:

Knowledge of medical office/psychotherapy practice operations
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience using a CRM, and/or comfortable learning new technology platforms

Responsibilities include:

Answering calls and emails from prospective and existing patients, and assisting with scheduling appointments
Utilizing CRM and EMR software to keep track of inquiries, patient appointments, and billing
Formatting and maintaining office forms and spreadsheets
Other administrative tasks as assigned
