Job description:

We are a specialized insurance agency seeking a full-time Client Services and Claim Support Specialist for our private school and college tuition insurance business. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, well organized, professional, motivated, able to multi-task effectively and have excellent written and verbal skills. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, calculating and typing.

What You’ll Do:

· Serve as a contact for claims processing for our client schools

· Handle written correspondence, e-mail and phone calls from schools, parents and colleagues

· Maintain accurate and complete customer records in an orderly, up-to-date manner

· Seeks advice from Accounts Managers with any account issues or questions

· Maintain working knowledge of all company/policy change procedures

· Assists or fills-in for Account Managers as necessary

What You Need:

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service or administrative role, or college degree equivalent

· Team player with a positive attitude and strong and consistent work ethic

· Deliver exceptional value and service with a customer-first mindset for long-term business success

· Ability to remain focused when handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to foster positive customer relationships

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Efficient and accurate typing, data entry and calculation (10 key) skills necessary
