We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Spa Coordinator to oversee front desk operations and ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests. As the Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and attending to various areas, including:

Reception desk
Guest waiting areas
Locker rooms
Storage and prep areas
Appointment scheduling and answering calls

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.
Provide excellent guest service and ensure a smooth flow of the spa and salon experience.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
Monitor the appointment book and assist with scheduling.
Answer calls and handle inquiries with professionalism.

Requirements:

Experience: Reception experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a spa or salon setting.
Flexibility: Must be available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for potential errand running.
Skills and Attributes:
Extremely detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Friendly, people-oriented, and customer-driven personality
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs
Membership sales experience is a plus
