Position Overview: As a Master-Level VW Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Volkswagen vehicles with a focus on quality and efficiency. You’ll also be responsible for leading, training, and mentoring other technicians while ensuring that our service department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform diagnostic and repair work on VW vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and system-related issues.

· Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to enhance their technical skills and performance.

· Collaborate with the Service Manager to maintain department efficiency and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest VW technologies, tools, and diagnostic techniques.

· Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, with attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications:

· Maintain a positive, can-do attitude that inspires and motivates others, even in challenging situations.

· Clearly communicate with team members, service managers, and customers, ensuring expectations are met and problems are addressed promptly.

· Master-Level Volkswagen Technician certification required. Other levels may be considered depending on the quality of applications.

· Proven leadership experience in a technical or service role.

· Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
