About the Role - The Client Service Associate partners daily with a Senior Relationship Officer to provide hands-on work supporting the delivery of high-quality family office, investment advisory, and fiduciary administration services for a portfolio of client families. The client service team serves as the primary point of contact for our clients. The role affords the opportunity to learn about the financial industry.

Responsibilities

Trust administration, such as preparing documentation to support discretionary distributions and other discretionary decision-making.
Coordinating the opening, closing, or conversion of accounts for our client families.
Daily account administration, including tracking dates and deadlines, client outreach, processing and documenting deposit and disbursement transactions, and handling client service administrative matters.
Gathering, and organizing financial, entity, tax, and estate planning information / documents.
Serving as a liaison to external attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors / vendors on behalf of the client team.
Developing specialized knowledge investment and trust software, including Axys and TrustRite.
Understanding legal and compliance requirements.

Skills and/or Experience -

Bachelor's degree or prior experience in a trust company or exposure to banking, investment, financial planning, tax consulting, or estate planning disciplines.
Demonstrated work experience in a customer service role.
Acceptable results on background tests.
