Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and forecasted financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business decisions.
Evaluate investment opportunities and assess potential risks and returns.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems).
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
