What You’ll Do:

You’ll be at the heart of our operations as the Office Manager. You’ll help manage the daily office functions and serve as a trusted support to both our leadership team and cross-functional departments. Your role will focus on:

Oversee office operations, ensuring accuracy in processes and deadlines.
Manage and maintain bookkeeping tasks as needed, including expense tracking, budget monitoring, some assistance with payroll.
Cross Department Support:
Assist the Accounting Department with financial reports and data entry.
Support HR functions, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee communications.
Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative leadership support.
Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Project Assistance: Support special projects, conduct research, gather data, and compile reports to aid in decision-making for HR and Accounting.
Administrative and Supervisory Tasks: Supervise administrative staff as assigned. Perform other duties as necessary to support a productive work environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

Education: A high school diploma is required. An Associate's degree or equivalent in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant office management or bookkeeping experience would be ideal.
Experience: 3+ years of office management and/or bookkeeping experience. Prior experience supporting HR or Accounting teams is a plus.
Skills: Proficient in bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Leadership experience and ability to work independently.
