The company has been serving Hawaii since 1979, with 5 locations across Hawaii. They have the largest inventory of fine oriental carpets and Hawaiian rugs in the Pacific. Indich Collection's mission is to help customers add "A Touch of Aloha" into their homes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Warehouse. The Sales and Warehouse role will be responsible for tasks such as sales, customer service, and training. The role will also entail sales management and warehouse duties, such as stocking, inventory management, and shipping orders within Hawaii and the mainland.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Training and coaching sales staff
Prior experience with warehouse tasks such as stocking, inventory management, and shipping orders
Ability to accurately maintain inventory records and data entry
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as cross-functionally
Experience with oriental carpets is a plus, but not mandatory

Compensation:

Base pay plus commission. Base pay will be determined by experience level.

This is an onsite Job on the Island of Maui in Hawaii. Local applicants only. We are not paying moving expenses.
