A successful candidate should possess a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to be successful in this role, the candidate should be a strong collaborator, have attention to detail, problem solving skills, and stakeholder management. This candidate should have a strong understanding of data architecture, modeling, and the ability to work closely with data engineers to oversee the development of data solutions preferably in AWS cloud infrastructure.

This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

Work with business to solicit and document reporting / analytical requirement specifications and write design documents including process flows to support A-MAX operational needs.
Help users understand our data eco-system and bring more data awareness within business and IT.
Hands-on experience with Data Science / AI solutions, SQL, data warehousing solutions, ETL processes, and PySpark.
Identify opportunities to improve existing data sets and analyze data to improve Data Quality.
Help users understand our data eco-system and bring more data awareness within the business and IT.
Build dashboards using data querying tools for internal analytic reviews (Tableau or similar).

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, science and engineering, or other similar quantitative disciplines.
Proven working experience of 3 to 5 years as a technical Data Product Owner.
Messaging, and processing tools (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis), and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Proven experience enabling ML Ops and deploying Data Science solutions.
Proficiency in managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira is essential.
AWS certification is preferable.
