Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design and execution of civil infrastructure projects, including stormwater management, roadway design, and utility planning.
Perform engineering design, feasibility assessments, and technical analysis for a variety of municipal projects.
Oversee the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Serve as a key client liaison, fostering strong relationships with municipalities and regulatory agencies while identifying opportunities for growth.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, guiding their professional development.
Conduct field investigations and provide oversight during construction to ensure quality control.
Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals and participating in client presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
5-15 years of relevant experience in civil/municipal engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management.
Expertise in municipal infrastructure design, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Experience in business development and client relations is a plus.
