Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and execution of civil infrastructure projects, including stormwater management, roadway design, and utility planning.
- Perform engineering design, feasibility assessments, and technical analysis for a variety of municipal projects.
- Oversee the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Serve as a key client liaison, fostering strong relationships with municipalities and regulatory agencies while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, guiding their professional development.
- Conduct field investigations and provide oversight during construction to ensure quality control.
- Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals and participating in client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 5-15 years of relevant experience in civil/municipal engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Expertise in municipal infrastructure design, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in business development and client relations is a plus.
