As the International Sales Manager, your primary objective is to increase sales, cultivate strong distributor relationships, and expand our presence in the Petroleum, Lubricants, and Bio-Fuels industries. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying prospects, nurturing client connections, and promoting products to achieve regional sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Boost Sales & Nurture Relationships: Identify and engage potential clients, foster lasting relationships with distributors, and drive product promotion.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed regional sales targets.
Client Understanding: Develop a detailed understanding of the goals and strategic needs of your prospect accounts.
Tailored Solutions: Deliver personalized value propositions through presentations and live product demos.
Seasonal Planning: Ensure company initiatives and strategies are met through effective seasonal planning.
Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to optimize sales potential, manage inventory levels, and understand distributors' stock positions.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Travel: Flexibility to travel as required.
Location: Based in our Chicago office (no remote work).

Job Qualifications

International Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling to international markets.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding monthly revenue targets and key performance indicators.
B2B Sales Expertise: 3-5+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in B2B sales.
Technical Sales: Experience selling technical products and the ability to learn and promote them effectively.
CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems or similar tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation skills.
Independence & Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Customer Focus: Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
