As the International Sales Manager, your primary objective is to increase sales, cultivate strong distributor relationships, and expand our presence in the Petroleum, Lubricants, and Bio-Fuels industries. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying prospects, nurturing client connections, and promoting products to achieve regional sales targets.

- Client Understanding: Develop a detailed understanding of the goals and strategic needs of your prospect accounts.

Job Qualifications- International Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling to international markets.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding monthly revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- B2B Sales Expertise: 3-5+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in B2B sales.
- Technical Sales: Experience selling technical products and the ability to learn and promote them effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems or similar tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation skills.
- Independence & Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Customer Focus: Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
