Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Personal Auto Defense team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal auto defense, with a strong background in insurance defense litigation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in personal auto-defense cases, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients, including insurance companies and policyholders.
Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.
Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay current on legal developments, particularly in personal auto defense and insurance law.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active state bar membership in Texas (additional state bars are a plus).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal auto defense or insurance defense litigation.
Proven track record of handling cases independently and achieving favorable outcomes.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
