Job Description:

We're looking for a hard working individual to take over payroll processing, including subsequent accounting postings, across all buildings under management. This spans weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls, with an increasing number of multi-employee buildings that are organized under the 32BJ Union. The job will also include a variety of other accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting responsibilities, central to running the business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience with ADP Run and Workforce Now is a big plus
Familiarity with 32BJ Union payroll requirements is an even bigger plus
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
