About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of personal injury law, particularly in the context of commercial trucking and automobile cases.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury law.
Proven track record of trying at least 5 cases to a jury verdict.
Licensed to practice in federal court in Texas.
Must have been licensed for at least 7 years.
Ability to take and defend depositions effectively.
Excellent writing and research skills.
Experience handling commercial trucking cases.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in personal injury cases related to commercial trucking and automobile accidents.
Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
