About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of personal injury law, particularly in the context of commercial trucking and automobile cases.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Proven track record of trying at least 5 cases to a jury verdict.
- Licensed to practice in federal court in Texas.
- Must have been licensed for at least 7 years.
- Ability to take and defend depositions effectively.
- Excellent writing and research skills.
- Experience handling commercial trucking cases.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in personal injury cases related to commercial trucking and automobile accidents.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
