Job Summary: The Administrative Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our wealth management team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
Manage and route incoming client inquiries and communications.
Maintain and update client records in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
Schedule client meetings and manage team calendars.
Assist with the preparation of client reports and presentations.
Support marketing and client outreach initiatives, including social media management.
Perform general office administration tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.

Qualifications and Skills:

High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and client-focused approach to work.

Education and Prior Experience:

2 years prior experience in administrative support, preferably in financial or wealth management
High school diploma required, Associate’s degree or higher a plus
