Job Summary: The Administrative Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our wealth management team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Manage and route incoming client inquiries and communications.
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Schedule client meetings and manage team calendars.
- Assist with the preparation of client reports and presentations.
- Support marketing and client outreach initiatives, including social media management.
- Perform general office administration tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
Education and Prior Experience:
- 2 years prior experience in administrative support, preferably in financial or wealth management
- High school diploma required, Associate’s degree or higher a plus
