De Pere Cabinet is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our facility by ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and assets. As a part of the HCI portfolio, we have been delivering high-quality semi-custom cabinetry since 1975.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance or machine repair.
Associate degree or valid Journeyman card preferred.
Knowledge of electronic components, PLC controls, and mechanical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer software.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform tasks in various positions.
Comfortable working in a loud environment and around moving machinery.
